Kennedy's Heating and Air has exceeded all of my expectations. Our Carrier HVAC system was not working and I had others attempt to repair it to no avail. To make a long story short, I called Kennedy's and they came out and fixed the problem in less than ten minutes! I will call Kennedy's first in the future and strongly urge everyone do the same.

I contacted Kennedy's Heating & Air with questions regarding my ac/heating unit (that unfortunately they did not install) that is not even a year old yet and it has a blown compressor. (The company that installed my unit does not answer when I call and takes forever to return a call.) I decided to call around to just see if I could find someone to answer a few questions and well Mr. Frankie, Ms. Christy and Ms. Mandy were so awesome to me. I just wanted to say that if I have to replace my new unit or for any future heat and air issues I will be using them. I am definitely going to be recommending them to my friends.

Mr. Frankie arrived up and asked what was wrong with the system. He quickly diagnosed and had the system up and running within 30 minutes. These guys are the real deal. Thank you guys for the business. We look forward to staying with you guys for years to come!

This was a great company to work with. They were kind, very personable, and pricing was great. I appreciated how well Mr. Frankie explained my system to me and what needed to be fixed. The office staff was great at calling with updates and Herman and his crew were quick, personable, and friendly when installing and fixing my unit. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them for all future needs.

Mr. Kennedy, Adam his technician, Mandy who answers the phone, all are superb and customer-oriented. They arrive when they say they will, they call if there's an issue, and the pricing is fair. I've been using Kennedy Air for 10 years or more and am very satisfied.

They came out and fixed our A/C after it started blowing hot air. We called when they opened at 8am and they were there by 11, which impressed us with how quickly they were able to come out. The techs were helpful and very kind, let us know exactly what was wrong, and the price was definitely reasonable. Great all around!

Service technician was very thorough, he explained to me & gave us several options to choose that would best service our home. Had several quotes from other HVAC Companies and after reviewing all options, we have chosen to go with Kennedy's Heating and Air. Service technician was very knowledgeable & professional with checking our unit for upgrading and extending the ductwork for addition to home.🙂
