Air Conditioner stopped working last week (friends up north took no pity) but the guys from Kennedy did. They were right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, (a loose wire) fixed it, did a quick service check and charged me $0.00. That’s right, I freely admit I don’t understand how a air conditioner works. They could have charged me I would have paid and no one the wiser but they treated me fairly, and yes guys I did take my wife to dinner that night.
It was 85 in the house when my wife texted me– at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. The good folks at Kennedy’s knocked on our door at 6:10 and replaced the capacitor within 20 minutes. We’re cooling down quickly now. That’s remarkable service. Thanks so much!

Mr. Kennedy, Adam his technician, Mandy who answers the phone, all are superb and customer-oriented. They arrive when they say they will, they call if there’s an issue, and the pricing is fair. I’ve been using Kennedy Air for 10 years or more and am very satisfied.
They came out and fixed our A/C after it started blowing hot air. We called when they opened at 8am and they were there by 11, which impressed us with how quickly they were able to come out. The techs were helpful and very kind, let us know exactly what was wrong, and the price was definitely reasonable. Great all around!
